For successful applicants, we’re handing over a fully fitted catering trailer for a six month period. Operating primarily within (but not limited to) the local area.

As opposed to massive up-front capital, vendors will pay a percentage of their revenue. We’ve set this well below market rent for the kit, giving as much chance for success as we can.

We’re looking for individuals and partnerships who have the drive, talent and commitment but are short on the means to make it happen.
